Luxurious living in Miami

I’ve always wanted to live in Miami, and it’s truly the place to be if you like a little (or a lot) of luxury in your life. Today I’m exploring some of the hottest properties in Miami, so if you’re thinking about making a move, read on to learn where the best locations and spots are.

Aria by the Bay

Want to live smack bang in front of the bay? I do! Aria by the Bay has an amazing atmosphere, and you’ll be able to enjoy all the best sunsets and sunrises right from your own home. If you’ve got kids, you’ll love the volleyball, basketball, and tennis court, and the kids’ play area. And if you don’t, you’ll enjoy the courts and luxurious swimming pool.

Icon Brickell

I don’t know about you, but I love the idea of living on the edge of the Miami River. Icon Brickell is super contemporary, with incredible architecture by Arquitectonica. Philippe Starck did the interiors, so you know they’re chic and sophisticated. Enjoy city and bay views, while living in one of the best parts of town.

Icon Bay

If you love Biscayne Bay, you’ll love Icon Bay. This 43-story apartment building is located right on the waterfront, and the tower was inspired by the rippling waves seen in the bay. All of these residences have incredible views, with floor to ceiling windows and every amenity you can imagine.
Check out the unique sculpture park which boasts sculptures by both international and local artists, or relax on the pool deck or in the infinity-edge pool.

900 Biscayne Bay

For the ultimate in luxury, check out 900 Biscayne Bay. These condos are available for sale and rental, and boast 5-star services and amenities, along with timeless design and decor. 900 Biscayne Bay is one of the top condo developments in Miami. The lap pool and zero edge pool is surrounded by more than 20,000 square feet of recreation deck which has views of both the city and the bay. You can also enjoy your private screening room, fitness center and spa.

Icon South Beach

Icon South Beach is also located above Biscayne Bay, and all of these units offer city and water views. If you’re the type who likes to be surrounded by luxury (and who isn’t?) you’ll love the marble and porcelain floors, granite countertops, and sophisticated atmosphere here.

What do you think of these properties? I feel like any one of them could be an excellent home. Leave a comment below with your thoughts!
